Delete Your Optemistix Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Optemistix account and the data associated with it.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (immediate)
- Open the Optemistix app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Type
DELETEto confirm, then tap Delete.
Your account and associated data are deleted right away.
Option 2 — Request by email (if you no longer have the app)
Email info@optemistix.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Optemistix account.” We will verify your request and delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your profile and login credentials, and all active sessions
- Custom affirmations, bookmarks, likes, reminders, and to-do items
- Notification preferences and push-notification tokens
- Community circles you created, and your messages, reactions, and calls
- Support tickets, reports, and blocks you created
- Your profile photo and any media you uploaded
- Our local record of your subscription
What is kept, and for how long
- A minimal internal deletion-audit record (timestamps and an anonymized reference, containing no name, email, or personal content) is retained for security and compliance.
- Purchase and subscription records are held by the Apple App Store and Google Play under their own policies; manage or cancel a subscription through your store account.
